Now Hiring for the following positions:
LEAD BARISTA
Assists with the management of all aspects of the retail space, including providing quality coffee beverages and sales of our pastry products. This is a full-time position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that our customers receive the highest quality products and service.
- Seeks to increase profitability through minimizing waste and labor costs.
- Maintains daily, weekly and period financial reports and inventory to track retail sales.
- Ensures all cash handling and cash register function are performed in an accurate and consistent manner.
- Assist with sales and coordination of custom orders.
- Assists bakery production staff where necessary.
- Maintains a clean and presentable store front and retail display by rotating merchandise regularly.
- Support company mission and assist with attaining quarterly business goals.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Experience preparing basic espresso beverages.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as a member of a growing team.
- Desire to learn and make a solid contribution to the success of the company.
- Attention to detail when following instruction.
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
- Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and safety and quality standards.
assistant BARISTA
Assists with providing quality coffee beverages and sales of our pastry products. We are offering both full and part time positions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general supervision, assists in the preparation of baked goods.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the preparation, production and packaging of all baked goods and related products.
- Maintain bakery production records, reports, and files as required.
- Provide training and guidance to bakers and other employees performing related work.
- Keep finished products and raw materials organized and consolidated and update the shopping list when necessary.
- Assist with the development of new products as needed, with an awareness of the current bakery marketplace.
- Support company mission and assist owner in attaining quarterly business goals.
- Assist team members in other departments as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as a member of a growing team.
- Desire to learn and make a solid contribution to the success of the company.

- Ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries and/or other baked goods.
